Since the sacking of Jose Mourinho at Mavhester Uited after the defeat to Liverpool in the premier league, United have been on the up under caretaker manager, Ole Gunnar SOlksjaer and he will be keeping the job till the end of the season before the club does a thorough search for a replacement. It now seems a replacement is in the pipeline.
United have been speaking with Former Real Madrid boss and and French man, Zinedine Zidane for awhile. He was initially touted to take over fro Jose Mourinho before Solskjaer was offered the job in the short term. With the meeting between Zidane and United ambassadors whilst on vacation with his family in far-away Dubai, all is pointing to Zidane as the next manager of Manchester United.
Zidane met with fellow former his ex- international colleague Mikael Silvestre in the City of Dubai. Silvestre don the jersey of Manchester United for nine years which he was a part of the successful team that won the champions league in 2007. With his current job as United ambassador, seeing him with Zidane definitely signal work related matter.
The Sun is reporting that Zizou and Tottenham manager, Mauricio Pochettino are the favourite contender to get the United jib in the summer but Zizuo’s experience with Real Madrid and having won major trophies there and managed superstars will make him a more suitable option for United.
