According to British media reports, Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur will ask for a transfer fee of about £40m for alleged Manchester United transfer target Kieran Trippier this summer transfer window.
British outlet Daily Express is claiming that the English man is ready to be one of a couple of departures from the London club this summer window as head coach Mauricio Pochettino prepares his team for next term.
As per the same report, Spurs are getting set to make him available for summer transfer as Tottenham plan a major clear-out to pave way for new acquisitions.
The same report suggests that both the Red Devils and Italian club Napoli are keen on landing the 28-year-old player this summer.
The England international defender has struggled for consistency all season and has netted one goal and created three assists in 25 English Premier League matches so far this season.
The same report also claims that the Red Devils are ready for a “busy” summer window as Norwegian tactician Ole Gunnar Solskjaer get set to revamp his team ahead of his debut full campaign in charge at the club.
Manchester United have been connected with a couple of other big name players, with the likes of Jadon Sancho, Kalidou Koulibaly and Aaron Wan-Bissaka are thought to be on their wishlist.
There might also be some major outgoings with France international midfielder Paul Pogba thought to be on the radar of Real Madrid.
